Exhibit Space Rental Fees:

Interior booths (approx. 10'x10' unless otherwise noted)

$600 for the first space
$450 for the second space
$600 for each space thereafter

Exterior equipment spaces

$300 - 9'x20' or 9'x30'
$325 - 15'x25'
$400 - 12'x40'
$500 - 17x45

Exhibit Hall Dates and Hours

Exhibit hall open to conference attendees on Wednesday from 7am to 5pm and Thursday 8am-4pm.

Exhibitor Move-in: Tuesday, September 24, 2024. Move in schedule will be emailed to registered exhibitors on September 9, 2024.

Exhibitor Move-out: Exhibitors may move out after the Exhibit Hall closes on Thursday at 4pm after the drawing concludes. Exhibits shall not be removed from the exhibit area until the trade show is officially closed at 4pm on Thursday, September 26, 2024 (after the drawing).  Loss of future space assignment seniority is the penalty for violation so please plan accordingly for your schedule, flights, etc. There will not be any assistance with a forklift or committee staff on Thursday.  Move out with assistance is available at 8am on Friday.
