Obstacle #1 – Blue Topping – 600 Points Possible

The objective is to remove the 6 metal red blocks without hitting the 6 metal blue blocks. Touching or hitting the blue blocks, rubber barrel bases, perimeter cones, or engaging the loader bucket into the asphalt will result in deductions.

Obstacle #2 – Right Wheel Track (Backing) – 400 Points Possible

The objective is to negotiate the right wheels of the loader through a set of cones backwards without hitting any of the cones. Touching or hitting any wheel track cone or perimeter cones will result in deductions.

Obstacle #3 – Block Slide (Backing) – 400 Points Possible

The objective, while backing is to slide the small metal block on the big metal rail the length of the big metal rail and off the end without allowing the block to fall off of either side. Failure to reach the end, engaging the loader bucket into the asphalt or hitting any cone will result in deductions.

Obstacle #4 – Tire Push - 400 Points Possible

The objective is to push the tire through the cones and place the tire in the last section as close to the last line without touching it or going over it. Placing the tire short of the last section, engaging the loader bucket into the asphalt or hitting any cone will result in deductions.

Obstacle #5 – Offset Alley - 400 Points Possible

The objective is to maneuver through two sets of barricades that are off center. Touching, hitting or knocking down any barrel or board or any perimeter cones will result in deductions.

Obstacle #6 – Cul-de- Sac (Backing) - 400 Points Possible

The objective is to maneuver the loader backwards around the cul-de- sac in one continuous motion. Touching or hitting any inside or outside cone will result in deductions.

Obstacle #7 – Stop Line (Backing) - 500 Points Possible

The objective is to come as close to the stop bar as possible without touching or going past it. The time stops when the operator sounds the horn. Touching or going over the stop line, stopping further than 6” from the stop line, touching or hitting any perimeter cone will result in deductions.
